Birds flying alongside a ferry
I was on the P & O ferry from Calais to Dover and was fascinated to see these gulls flying alongside the ship.
They stayed with the ship until almost halfway across the English Channel. Unfortunately I am not sure of their identification. Some might be in winter plumage.
