Ramadan pasar food stalls

During every Ramadan there are street pasar or stalls in many places. They differ from the weekly pasar malam (night markets) in that many of them serve special foods which are generally only available during the fasting month of Ramadan. People of all races and religions flock to these stalls to buy all the yummy foods.

I normally go to the one in Bangsar, but this year it seemed smaller, or maybe I just got there too early in the afternoon. This year I didn't see the old lady who used to sell rendang and lemang. Also didn't see any otak otak stalls.

The foods are all declious, and there is a huge danger in overbuying. Also many of the foods are fried, or cooked in loads of oil and coconut milk and are a danger for the waistline and the arteries!!!
